What the first 90 days are for

The first 90 days of the next program, Nov 2, 2026 to Jan 30, 2027, if Atlas chooses the recommended option. What we will run, what it costs and how both teams will know it worked.

Starting point

31 accepted leads from Aug 17 to Sep 13, 7 without a disposition after 5 business days. 6 of 10 accounts supported, 4 returned. One committee model approved Aug 27. If the 4 accounts are not qualified by kickoff, treat them as Needs review and plan without them.

Research refresh runs first because outreach wording stays on hold until stale sources are refreshed. The pilot starts once every region has a named owner.

The bets

The first 90 days, month by month

Days 1 to 30
Days 31 to 60
Days 61 to 90
  • Days 1 to 30: Refresh research, launch track 1, build track 2
  • Days 31 to 60: Webinar, pilot running, first evidence review
  • Days 61 to 90: Keep what works, readout and next quarter plan

Days 1 to 30. Refresh sources for all accounts, confirm a regional owner for each, launch track 1 and write track 2 with reviewer questions first.

Days 31 to 60. Run the Dec 10 webinar, create follow ups only where consent and ownership allow, start weekly disposition checks in the pilot regions.

Days 61 to 90. Compare role coverage and disposition completeness, keep or stop each bet, present the readout and the plan for months 4 to 6.

Risk: the holiday weeks

Reviewer availability drops from mid December. We recommend Dec 1 as the calibration checkpoint: if track 2 has no reviewer responses by then, move its budget to the pilot. Owner: Ben Ortiz, with sign off from Kira Shah.
