Everything Juniper House needs from Bellwether to run the fall retainer and the new employer brand video series, and what happens once you provide it. We keep this page current so the latest ask is never buried in email.
The retainer workstreams are fully onboarded. The open items belong to the video series change accepted on Sep 1 and to reviewer coverage for the next service line launch.
| Item | What we need | Required by | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interview list | The 6 staff interviewees for the employer brand videos, with a backup each | Oct 2, 2026 | |
| Filming access | A named site contact and filming times at the main campus | Oct 6, 2026 | |
| Reviewer coverage | A backup claims reviewer for the next service line launch | Before the launch | |
| Brand review rules | Current brand and claims rules | Aug 14, 2026 |
Why the interview list comes first
The video series has its own owner and due date so current commitments stay unchanged. Filming cannot be booked until the interviewees are confirmed. Owner: Amira Patel.
Access, inputs and the video schedule.
Scope and changes, including the video series.
Named approver for plans, content and changes.
Why we ask for the access we ask for
We request the minimum access each task needs. Read access is enough for reporting; edit access is only requested when we configure something ourselves. Every grant is logged here and you can revoke it at any time.
Verified means we tested the access or data ourselves, not only that it was sent. That is what completes an item.
It is a separate change with its own owner, estimate and due date, so the monthly deliverables and the strategy allocation stay as agreed.
Only the named claims reviewer, Grace Mendel, within the two day review window. A backup is needed before the next service line launch.
About two weeks once the interview list and filming access are in. The first video review is planned for Oct 15.
